Sue Anne Kelly is a certified Family Nurse Practitioner receiving her certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. She is a proud Bobcat Alumni receiving both her Bachelor of Science in Nursing as well as her Master of Science in Nursing from Ohio University. Prior to becoming an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse, she has spent the last 10 years serving her community and surrounding communities as a Trauma Nurse in the Emergency Department of a Level 1 Trauma Center as well as specializing as a Critical Care Nurse in the Interventional Cardiac Care Unit, Intensive Care Unit and Emergency Department for local hospitals: St. Rita’s, Mary Rutan and Memorial Hospital of Union County.
Sue Anne spent two clinical semesters serving her community at a local hospital, private practices and her final student rotation at Community Health and Wellness Center which cultivated her interest in rural healthcare. The desire to serve her community has led her to CHWP where she will care for patients of all ages. As an FNP she will advocate for the needs of her patients and their families, centering her care to meet their needs as a whole: mentally, physically, emotionally, and spiritually. Her care will encompass health promotion, disease prevention, chronic disease education and management, treatment of acute illness and in-office procedures.
SueAnne and her husband are long-time residents of Logan County and enjoy spending time with their five children, grandchildren, friends, family, and Teddy Bear puppies. She enjoys reading, boating, crafting, cooking, baking, spending time outdoors and traveling.
