Matthew Klopfenstein is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners. He received his Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Ohio Christian University and Master’s Degree In Nursing from Cedarville University. Prior to becoming a nurse practitioner, he specialized in acute and critical care medicine at the Ohio State University Medical Center. Matt also has a wide range of specialized nursing experience and enjoys caring for patients across the age span with a holistic focus. Matt has volunteered as a Paramedic since 2000 and continues to volunteer his time. He has a passion for partnering with patients to individualize care based on all aspects of the person including physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual needs. Matt lives in Logan County with his wife Kathryn and 2 children. He is enjoys spending time with his family, fishing, playing guitar, and the outdoors.
