Angie Mahaffey, CNP

Angie Mahaffey is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner through the American Association of Nurse Practitioners. She earned an Associate Degree of Applied Science in Nursing from Marion Technical College in 1998. In 2013 she earned a Bachelor of Science degree of Nursing from Chamberlain College. In 2018 she earned a Master of Science in Nursing from West Virginia Wesleyan College. Angie’s background as a nurse has mostly been in the emergency department. Angie was a full-time Assistant Nursing Professor at West Virginia Wesleyan College and taught undergraduate Pediatrics and Obstetrics for the BSN nursing program while working as a nurse Practitioner in Urgent Care and Primary Care. Angie is passionate about health promotion and disease prevention, as well as acute and chronic disease management. Angie is originally from Marion and now lives in Bellefontaine with her husband and son. She enjoys reading, knitting, hiking, yoga, and spending time with her family.
